Insert text

Click on <Edit this page>. Although Wikispaces is easy to use ONLY ONE PERSON can edit a page at the same time. You CAN type directly in the page but a better idea is paste your text from your Microsoft Word and save right away so no work is lost. Use the discussion tab to communicate with your partners and teachers.

Upload a document

Click on <Edit this page>. Click on the tree icon

icon just above this text. Click on <browse>, insert the filename and click on <upload file>. Place the cursor where you want the file link to go. Then double-click on the file.

Upload pictures

Click on <Edit this page>. Click on the tree icon

just above this text. Click on <browse>, insert the filename and click on <upload file>. Place the cursor where you want the picture to go. Then double-click on the picture. Finished. !!! Please keep the size of your pictures below 200KB !!!

Creating a link

You can link information from your page to another place on the wiki or another website. Click on <Edit this page>. Highlight the text you want to Click on the globe icon

. A pop up box will ask you what you want to link to....be sure you have the link text filled in. Most links will be to EXTERNAL sources you can copy and paste them from another source.
